Cost Estimation for Managers
Cost Estimation for Managers is a 1 hour presentation oriented toward capture, proposal, and line managers. It is provided as part of selected n8 proposal engagements. It is primarily an introductory cost estimation course intended to establish a common language for talking about cost estimation and BoEs, develop an understanding of why cast estimates/BoEs are important, and establish the benefits of implementing cost estimation/BoE development as a practice. This is sometimes offered to proposal teams overall as well especially for companies which do not have an well-established practice for Cost Estimation/BoE development.
